- Industry Experience: Must have experience in working with drydocks or shipyards.
- Certification: Must have welding certification from a recognized institution.
- Technical Skills: Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Communication: Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Sr. Foreman Welder:
- Experience: Should have a minimum of 1-5 years’ experience in welding, fabrication, and erection of Steel Structures/Pipe Spools in an Oil & Gas or Shipyard Industry.
- Welding Skills: Should be proficient in all types of welding processes like SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, etc.
- Independence: Must be capable of performing welding tasks independently.
8. Sr. Foreman (Pipe, Mechanical, Structural):
- Experience: The candidate should have a minimum of 1-5 years’ experience in leading a team of welders/fitters for executing works related to piping, structural, and mechanical disciplines in an Oil & Gas or Shipyard Industry.

9. Work Preparator (Structural/Piping/Mechanical):
- Experience: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in preparing the working drawings and Isometrics from P&IDs for the assigned jobs related to piping, structural, and mechanical disciplines in an Oil & Gas or Shipyard Industry.
For all positions, the following key requirements are essential:
- Strong Mechanical Aptitude: Candidates must demonstrate their ability to work with and understand complex machinery.
- Maintenance and Repair Experience: Candidates should have experience performing maintenance and repairs on relevant equipment.
- Industrial Electricians: Thorough understanding of electrical theory and application, familiarity with the National Electrical Code, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Marine Riggers: Physical fitness and experience in working with ropes and rigging systems to safely lift and move heavy loads.
