Qualifications & Experience (Minimum):

  • 15-18 years of experience, with at least 8 years in a managerial role.
  • University degree in Computer Science.
  • Certification in Project Management skills.
  • Experience in defining, rolling out, and managing project management and software development tools.
  • Experience in establishing and introducing project management practices for digital organizations.
  • Hands-on project and portfolio management experience with projects of varying sizes and complexities.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure ongoing process/system capability associated with projects and manage changes required to meet or exceed expectations in project designs, development, and QA.
  • Own the resource heat map for Product development resources.
  • Define business management guidelines and standards to streamline and improve processes across Finance and Risk technology.
  • Exhibit an inquisitive nature, ability to probe, ask questions, identify dependencies, and guide teams in uncovering hidden assumptions and actions embedded in long-standing processes.
  • Oversee PMO (Project Management Office) to develop PMO efficiencies.
  • Coordinate programs or projects involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on delivering projects/programs to completion.
  • Develop recommendations for the use of existing/new applications and tools to support PMO objectives.
  • Update, monitor, and communicate all projects on weekly dashboards.
  • Engage in process improvement activities, including gaining efficiencies and streamlining activities in alignment with organizational needs.
